Aim: To invesigate what type of packaging will keep a piece of bread fresh for the longest time.
Method: Take four pieces of bread and preserve each piece using a different type of packaging: Aluminium foil; lunchbox; cling wrap; inside a fridge. Check the bread pieces regularly, notice any changes and record your observation.
